Blockhouse Bay Primary School - Splash-tastic

Room 23 had a brilliant time in the pool this term. Every day for two weeks after lunch the children got into their togs and headed to the pool where they would learn basic water survival skills like how to stay afloat in the water, how to skull, or how to backstroke. We reminded ourselves about why it is very important to learn swimming as this can potentially save our life. Shout out to Mrs Mackinnon for teaching some of Room 23 how to be confident and swimming techniques nd Room 22 for being great company while in the pool.
